To return an item, you must first contact us to receive return authorization within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the item is unopened, you may return it for full refund within 30 days. The full refund does not include the cost of the original or return shipping. If shipping to you was offered for free, you will only be required to pay for the return shipping. If the item is opened, you may be required to pay a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the item. The refund does not include the cost of the original or return shipping. If shipping to you was offered for free, you will only be required to pay for the return shipping. Opened Bags, Belts, or other parts are NOT RETURNABLE!

Shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped via FedEx. We will ship within the continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Additional charges may apply to items shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. We can not ship to a P.O. Box, only a street address. If an item appears to be damaged during shipping, please contact us or FedEx immediately for further instructions.
